How It Works

Learn how to create and manage pub crawls

What You Can Do as a Crawl Creator

PubCrawl gives you powerful tools to plan, manage, and monetize your pub crawl events.

Plan Routes

Add multiple venues (pubs, bars, restaurants) to create your perfect crawl route with custom descriptions and estimated time at each location.

Manage Participants

Set participant limits, track registrations, and view a complete list of who's joining your crawl with their contact information.

Collect Fees

Optionally charge participants per person. You keep 90% of fees collected; 10% goes to platform fees. Track all payments and payouts.

Schedule Events

Set crawl dates, times, and difficulty levels. Support different transport modes (walking, driving, bus, rideshare).

Share & Publish

Publish crawls as public events, share with friends, or keep them private. Move crawls through Draft → Published → Active lifecycle.

Track Revenue

View detailed payment summaries, participant payment status, and your net earnings after platform fees in one dashboard.
